·         The FINAL 8 selection will be held on 19 & 20 May 2007 from 2-5pm at The Oval, One Utama New Wing

                 Rules & Regulations

 

  • This Contest is open to female participants aged 18 to 28 years.

  • Submission of entry form does not grant automatic eligibility for preliminary round participation.

  • Judges decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained upon announcement of winners.

  • The Top 20 finalist for the preliminary round will be informed via phone and e-mail.

  • Participants are required to be present at the venue chosen by the organizers at all times. Non-attendance at the designated venue, date and time set by the organizers would result in automatic disqualification.

  • Judging will be done on a points based system, based on performance, presentation, creativity and originality.

  • For the duration of the contest, participants must not be endorsed by any product or company.

  • Cash prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable.

  • No indecency, vulgarity or political statements or displays are allowed as part of any participant’s performance.

  • The selected 8 winners must make appearance at MIA2007 event every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 6pm representing MIA2007 Ambassador for public voting via SMS. Schedules and arrangement by event management.  

  • Best Venue Sdn Bhd and The Final 8 Ambassador Main Sponsor reserve the rights to use the names, photographs, audio/visual clips and entries of all participants for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes before, during and after the contest.

  • Best Venue Sdn Bhd, Go International Sdn Bhd and all its Sponsors for The Final 8 Ambassador and Malaysia International Aerospace Adventure will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that happen to participants throughout the course of the contest, audition day onwards till the closing ceremony.
